This year, EDAG, Ferrari, Volvo, Mazda, Ford, Peugeot, Ssangyong, Tesla, Lotus, Bridgestone and Firestone trusted TRIPLEM Human Emotions for the daily commitment, training, and supervision of the hosts and hostesses at the car show.
Months were spent casting and searching for specific profiles to match each brand. In the end, over 200 candidates were hired in the role of explainers, hosts and hostesses, and door selectors. They received several days of special training to ensure they identified with the individual brand and its philosophy. They learning how to communicate the client’s philosophy – with a smile, constant professionalism, enthusiasm, and class – for the entire thirteen days. Emphasis was also placed on transmitting a feeling of welcome, and how to listen closely to visitors during this international event.
The TRIPLEM team was there every day to support, encourage and guide the hosts and hostesses; and make sure they were committed to excellence! TRIPLEM’s aim is that each person involved exceeds their limits – and delivers their best performance !
